Invitation for Strategic Collaboration

mRNA Technology | Virtual Research Institute (WIB)
The Virtual Research Institute (WIB) invites selected business entities to explore strategic collaboration opportunities related to the development, validation, and commercial application of mRNA technology developed by one of the Research Teams cooperating with WIB.
This invitation is addressed to companies with proven expertise in mRNA technologies, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or advanced medical technologies, interested in actively shaping specific use cases and future application pathways of the technology.
Key value proposition for potential partners:
- the technology is covered by full and secure intellectual property (IP) protection,
- it is free from complex institutional or licensing encumbrances on the implementation side,
- WIB is open to collaboration aimed at increasing the technology readiness level (TRL) and adapting the technology to concrete research, clinical, or industrial use cases,
- business partners will have a meaningful opportunity to influence the definition and prioritization of detailed application areas.
Further discussions may include:
- execution of a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA),
- signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining the general framework for potential cooperation with WIB.
At this stage:
- the cooperation does not involve any financial transactions,
- WIB reserves the right to select partners for further development and implementation activities.
